The timeframe for completing a figure can vary depending on other commissions, part or supply availability, as well as complexity. If I have the necessary parts to complete the project,  one to two weeks is the typical turn-around.

Short answer, yes! I do prefer to use Hasbro bases for my projects. That being said, I regularly use accessories from other lines as well as custom or cast parts.
